| 摘 要： | 经济增长方式是一个内容丰富的概念 ,经济增长方式转变就是由粗放型增长向集约型增长转变。而实现经济增长方式转变必须具备一系列条件 :统一思想 ,提高认识 ;进一步深化经济体制改革 ,加快建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制 ;建立现代企业制度 ;加快科技体制改革 ,形成有利于自主创新的技术进步机制 ;建立一支素质较高的职工队伍 ;增强对外开放的力度 ;转变政府经济职能 ,规范政府行为

The accomplishment of it depends on a number of conditions such as the change of ideology, the perfection of market economy system, the founding of modern enterprise system and technology excitation machanism. |
