| 摘 要： | 私有产权是否最有效率是一个存在争议的问题,研究提出由于制度环境的影响,在市场化改革的不 同阶段,各种产权所有制形式会体现出不同的效率,但随着市场化改革的深入,私有产权会显示出越来越明 显的效率优势,并利用1978年以来的统计数据对河北省产权所有制的效率和结构变动状况进行了实证分析,证实了这一假说。

| Abstract: | It is a disputed question whether privately owned property rights is the most efficient one of all the property right forms. In this paper, a hypothesis is put forward that in different stages of the market reform ,each form of property rights has different efficiency, but the privately owned property rights will have superior efficiency in the further process of market reform- Using the data from 1978 to 2001 of Hebei province, we try to demonstrate and bear out the hypothesis. |
