| 摘 要： | 次区域经济组织的兴起是20世纪末在全球和区域出现的一种政治经济现象,引起了政府和学术界的关注。描述了西半球次区域经济组织的发展状况;探讨了其产生的动力主要在于生产要素的互补、生产一体化和特殊利益集团对政府的激励三种因素;比较深入地分析了次区域经济组织与区域经济组织和多边贸易体系之间相互作用的学习效应。

| Abstract: | The development of sub-regional economic organization is the economic-political phenomena.It is attracted by government and scholars.This paper describes the present of sub-regional economic organization in West-Sphere and analyses the impetus which lies in compensability of production factor,the integration of production and the incentive of special interest group to government.Meanwhile,analyses the learning effects of multi-action among sub-regional economic organization and regional economic organization,multilateral trade system. |
