| 摘 要： | 国家战略工程是国家主体实践具有价值取向的战略理论的物质实体。工程文化模式是指特定时代的工程共同体与自然、社会的互动关系中,历史的形成多因素联系的存在方式,它包括工程科技、工程规范和工程价值等。从历时态看,主要西方国家战略工程曾出现过古希腊罗马的王权神圣与世俗精神,中世纪的封建诸侯与信仰主义,文艺复兴的宗教理想与世俗精神,近代英国的资本工业与清教伦理,现代美国的知识经济与新保守主义的文化模式。
