973计划信息领域2010年启动项目概述

本文从2009年973计划指南方向、评审立项、经费投入、单位及研究人员等几个方面对2010年973计划信息领域启动的项目情况进行了概述,并指出随着项目逐年增多,如何处理申请滚动支持的结题项目和新生项目之间的关系成为973计划执行中的一个显著问题。

An Overview of the Information Field Projects of the 973 Program in 2010

From aspects of key fields of the year,project evaluation and approval,funding,related institutions and personnel etc.,this paper presents an overview of the 973-Program Information-Field projects which were launched in beginning of this year. In addition,it noted that as the number of projects increased year by year,how to handle the relationship between two kinds of project has become a controversial issue,one kind is the on-going projects which apply for a continuous funding. The other kind is those projects which are new to 973 Program.
