Talking about the Risk Management in Integrated System Project

Accorded to the power supervising and control system of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 7,this article expounded some common types of risk in integrated system project.Focused on four procedures of the risk management.That was risk identification,risk analysis,working out countermeasures and risk monitoring.On this basis,some streamlined strategies were provided to ensure the efficient implement of risk management.
