螺旋—圆弧组合槽干气密封气膜流场的数值模拟及分析

摘    要:应用Solidworks软件建立螺旋槽、螺旋—圆弧槽、圆弧—螺旋槽干气密封的三维立体模型,应用Gambit软件对模型划分网格,运用Fluent软件对3种曲线槽干气密封相同工况下的压力、流速、泄漏量进行数值模拟,进而对曲线槽的压力、流速、泄漏量进行分析.结果表明:在相同工况下,螺旋—圆弧槽的动压效果最好,螺旋槽次之,圆弧—螺旋槽最差;螺旋—圆弧槽的出口径向流速最小,螺旋槽次之,圆弧—螺旋槽最大;螺旋—圆弧槽的泄漏量最小,为2.15×10-3 m3/h.

Abstract:The three-dimension models of spiral groove,spiral-arc groove and arc-spiral groove were established by using Solidworks software.They were latticed using Gambit software;numerical simulation for pressure,flow velocity and leakage were made under the same conditions of dry gas seals by using Fluent software.Then the pressure,flow velocity and leakage of three grooves were analyzed.The study shows that under the same conditions the spiral-arc groove has the best dynamic pressure effect,then the spiral groove and the arc-spiral groove is the worst.The outlet radial velocity of the spiral-arc groove is minimum,then the spiral groove and the arc-spiral groove is maximum.the leakage of the spiral-arc groove is minimum.
