| 摘 要： | 室内检测了赤眼蜂对其寄主的鳞片提取物(利它素)引起的滞留搜寻时间反应.结果表明广赤眼蜂对欧洲玉米螟利它素比亚洲玉米螟的滞留搜寻反应时间明显延长(P=0.0001),并表现出对寄主种类的一定选择性.

| Abstract: | Number of times spend by Trichogramma evanescens on arena was examined in the laboratory.T. evanescens was attracted more to the patch by extracts from ECB (European corn borer) wingscales than to the hexane-treated patch, and there was no significant difference in the time spent bythe parasitoids either on the patch boundary or on the arena treated with hexane or ECB scale ex-tract. T. evanescens spend significantly more time onthe patch region treated with ACB(Asiatic cornborer) scale extract than on the patch treated with hexane, but there was no significant difference be-tween the two treatments in the time spent per unit area of patch boundary and arena. T. evanescensexhibit a significant response to a chemical extract (kairomone) from ECB wing-scales in comparisonwith ACB wing-scales. |
