固载离子液体液膜/胍盐催化剂合成 及在Henry 反应中的应用

摘    要:采用硅胶作为载体,通过对硅胶表面进行有机官能团化,制备了含五烷基胍盐的硅胶负载咪唑离子液体液膜催化剂.以2-硝基苯甲醛与硝基甲烷的Henry反应为模型,考察了催化反应条件,比较了不同催化剂的催化效能.结果表明,硅胶负载的咪唑乙酸盐离子液体液膜/N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-N"-丁基胍乙酸盐催化Henry反应时活性最高,产品收率可达94%.反应后经过简单的过滤就可实现催化剂的回收,在循环使用6次后催化活性基本保持不变.

Abstract:A series of Pentaalkyl-guanidinium salts were immobilized into the pores of modified silica with anchored ionic liquid phases.The immobilized catalyst system was studied for Henry reaction by choosing the carbon-carbon coupling of o-nitrobenzaldehyde and nitromethane as the model.The silica-supported imidazol acetate ionic liquid immobilized N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-N"-butylguanidinium acetate salt exhibited high catalytic activity in Henry reaction,and the isolated yield reached 94%.Moreover,the catalyst could be recovered by simple solid-liquid separation and reused six times without significant loss of activity.
