补充维生素A对血清转铁蛋白受体及红细胞系影响的实验研究

摘    要:选择血红蛋白<114 g/L的56名体育传统学校学生为研究对象,随机分为3组:补铁补维生素A组19人,补铁组19人和对照组18人,实验组补铁方法为服用L-苏糖酸亚铁胶囊(7 mg元素铁/粒,3粒/d)4周,同时口服维生素A丸20万单位(10万U/d ×2 d).4周后补铁补维生素A组sTfR、血清视黄醇、SI、Tf和TS%水平与实验前和对照组比较显著提高(P<0.05),Hb,RBC,Hct水平显著提高(P<0.01).补铁组SI,Tf, TS%,Hb,RBC,Hct水平显著提高(P<0.05).提示短期补铁加大剂量维生素A能使机体铁分布及营养状况改善,显著改善贫血学生的红细胞系的状态.

Abstract:56 children from Dalian sports traditional schools with Hb concentration less than 114 g/L were selected and divided in three groups: vitamin A and iron supplying group(19),iron supplying group(19) and control group(18).The vitamin A and iron supplying group were given massive dosage of vitamin A(100,000 U per day for 2 days)and three capsules of ferrous L-threonate(containing 7 mg of iron element per capsule for four weeks) 4 weeks later.The examinations showed a significant elevation of retinol,sTfR,SI,Tf and TS% in vitamin A and iron supplying group in comparison with control group(P<0.05),Also,Hb,RBC and Hct levels were apparently increased than those in control group(P<0.01).Examinations in iron supplying group showed a significant elevation of SI,Tf,TS%,Hb,RBC and Hct(P<0.05).Thus,the authors concluded that a short-term supplementation of vitamin A of massive dosage might effectively improve the nutritional status of iron hematological features of anemic children.
