| 摘 要： | 应用紫外－可见吸收光谱，研究了核酸探针染料噻唑橙（ＴＯ）的溶液状态以及添加表面活性剂（ＤＢＳ）时对染料聚合状态的影响。通过改变噻唑橙的浓度及改变表面活性剂的浓度，研究噻唑橙的二聚体或多聚集体的解聚变化。

| Abstract: | By use of the absorption spectroscopy,the solution states of thiazole orange(TO)was studied.The effects of the anionic surfactants on the aggregation of TO in aqueous solutions were investigated.In the dilute surfactant solutions the TO had a tendency to aggregate.With increase of the concentrations of the surfactants,the dimer TO dissociated to monomer TO. |
