| 摘 要： | 探讨了舰船修理现行定价模式及存在的主要问题之后，从成本、进度、质量三个方面对舰船修理最优目标价格激励合同模式进行了分析与设计，并从目标价格提出的时机、军方视情组织论证、严格目标成本调整以及强化过程成本的监控等方面对推行舰船修理最优目标价格激励合同提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the ship repair current price pattern and its main problems, this paper analyses and designs the optimal ship repair target price incentive contract pattern from the following three aspects： cost, schedule and quality. Meanwhile, the advice of carrying out this price pattern is raised with the time of target price, being demonstrated by the military, being tightly controlled the price adjustment and being strengthened the process cost control. |
