| 摘 要： | 以技能型士官教育的内涵分析为出发点，充分借鉴外军士官技能培训的成功经验和做法，对如何推进我军技能型士官教育进行了探讨。认为士官教育的重心应由过去偏重于学历教育向侧重于技能教育转变，并建立以特色技能为核心的逐级培训模式，不断增强士官教育训练的针对性和适应性。
