| 摘 要： | 当前,各类大学越来越重视数字图书馆的建设,但如何对其工作绩效进行评判一直是该领域研究的重点.为此,提出了一个综合性的数字图书馆绩效评估模型并进行了实证研究,并利用结构化方程式模型对调查数据进行了分析验证,结果表明：所建立的二阶测量模型具有良好的拟合度,其中二阶组合系数反映了图书馆的总体质量,5个一阶系数分别表示从不同方面解释图书馆的5类质量指标,即用户界面指标、系统性能指标、信息质量指标、服务质量指标和环境指标.

| Abstract: | Since the importance of building digital libraries has been attached by the universities , it is very important to evaluate the performance of a digital library. Therefore, a comprehensive performance evaluation model for digital library is proposed and validated. The investigation data is analyzed according to the structural equation modeling approach. The results show that the constructed second order measurement model has a better goodness of fit indices, in which a second-order factor is designed to measure the overall performance and five first-order factors reflect the alternative performance significance which indicates interface index, system performance index, information quality index, quality of service and environment index. |
