The Intellectual Property Work of National Research Institutes in the View of National Intellectual Property Strategy

The national intellectual property strategy as an important part of the National Development Strategy indicates the directions and targets of our intellectual property work in the next ten years. Since National Research Institutes play a significant role in innovations of science and technology, their intellectual property work should be an indispensable part of the whole intellectual property grand blueprint. National Research Institutes should explore their individual practice in the creating, commercializing, protecting and managing of their intellectual properties.
