摘    要:哥本哈根会议将对全球的碳减排形成新的压力,当前针对中国的碳减排“压力环境”已经形成。面对在我国产品成本中能源消耗及其他资源的消耗成本占了相当大的比重这一现状,用高技术改造传统产业,降低能耗,节能减排,已成为中国在实现经济可持续发展的同时仍能保持较快发展速度的当务之急,对于中国发展低碳经济实现减排承诺至关重要。作为中国科学院知识创新工程试点工作的重要组成部分,中国科学院的院地合作是以高技术提升企业竞争力的重要手段,是一次成功的借助高技术加速产业化进程的发展模式探索。

Abstract:While Copenhagen Climate Council is further putting a new tension on global carbon emission, 'pressure environment' which has an especial focus on China emission reduction has formed nowadays. What' s more, the consumption from primary energy and other resources, in China, significantly account for a large share of the all production costs. Therefore, using the high technology to reform traditional industries, ensuring energy conservation and emission reduction, is of crucial importance for China not only to maintain sustainable and rapid economic development, but also to achieve her commitments of emission reduction. As one of the key parts in the pilot CAS Knowledge Innovation Project, the CAS cooperation between academy and region, is of a vital tool of using high technology to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and of a successful exploring for development mode of using high technology to accelerate industrialization progress.
