| 摘 要： | 运用比较分析的方法,从制度安排的角度,揭示我国发展低碳经济制度安排方面存在的缺陷,并以此为基础设计出我国低碳经济的3种发展模式。最后,针对我国发展低碳经济的制度缺陷,提出在低碳经济的制度安排方面应当采取加大鼓励性制度建设、强化基础性制度建设等5项措施。

| Abstract: | Defects of institution arrangement of low-carbon economy development in our country are revealed from the angle of institutional arrangements in this paper by the method of comparative analysis.Based on this,three development modes of our country low-carbon economy are designed.Finally,in view of institutional defects of the low carbon economy development in our country,five measures in low carbon economy institutional arrangement are put forward: enhance incentive system construction,strengthen basic institution construction and so on. |
