PBL教学模式在食品毒理学课程中的应用研究

摘    要:PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学方法,该方法以学生为主体,提升学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自我学习能力,提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力.本文首次在食品毒理学课程教学中设计并渗透应用PBL教学模式并对教学的初步研究结果进行了探讨.

Abstract:Problem-based learning(PBL) is a teaching method which was first used,developed and extended in medical college education in foreign countries.It is a student-centered pattern aimed at promoting students’ active engagement in learning knowledge and improving their problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities.As a new exploratory teaching pattern in China,PBL was studied and used in the teaching of food toxicology course in our university,and its results are analyzed in this paper.
