激光净化能量密度阈值的相轨道研究

摘    要:建立了激光清洗的物理模型,探讨了激光辐照下基底表面和吸附粒子位置随时间的变化规律,作出粒子运动的相轨道,从相轨道角度对激光净化能量密度阈值进行研究.激光清洗Al基底上的Fe粒子,本文对激光清洗Al基底上的Fe粒子所计算的能量密度阈值比用其它方法得到的结果更与实验值接近.

Abstract:A physical model of laser purification is established.The variation regularity of the position of the substrate surface illuminated with laser and the absorbing particles by time was discussed,and the phase trace of particles movement was made.Moreover,the energy density valve for laser purification according to the phase trace was studied.Let Laser purification of Fe on the Al substrate as example,the calculated result of energy density valve is better in according with the experimental result than the others results using other methods.
