Abstract:Multiferroic ceramic samples of Bi1-xGdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15) and Bi1-xNdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10) have been prepared by the rapid liquid phase sintering technique.The effects of Gd/Nd substitution on phase structure and ferroelectric properties of multiferroic BiFeO3 ceramics are investigated.XRD results show that the appropriate doping content of Gd/Nd could be helpful to reduce impurity phases for Bi1-xRxFeO3 samples.The phase structure has a tendency from rhombohedral structure to triclinic structur...
