葡萄籽中活性成分的提取及性能研究

摘    要:用乙酸乙酯/水作提取剂从葡萄籽中提取活性成分。研究了原料处理方式对产物提取率的影响,探讨了适宜的沉淀条件,考察了产物结构和性能。结果表明:原料粉碎浸泡后提取,可获得更高的提取率(0.475%);为获得正常的结晶产物,浓缩液应充分脱水干燥。

Study on Property and Extraction of Active Constituents from Grape Seeds
Abstract:By using a mixture of ethyl acetate and water as the extraction solvent,the active constituents are extracted from grape seeds.Some factors affecting extraction process such as pretreatment manner of raw materials,precipitation conditions are studied,and the structure and property of the extract are also discussed.The results show that higher extraction yields can be obtained by using crushed grape seeds than by using whole grape seeds,and the concentrated solution containing the active constituents should be dehydrated completely,so that normal crystal of the extract could be obtained.
