量子点在纳米TiO2太阳电池中的应用研究

摘    要:为提高纳米光电化学电池的光电转换率,研究者们致力于选择不同的敏化剂,其中量子点以其在紫外和可见光区的强吸收性和易于制备等特殊的性质及其种种优点而备受研究者的青睐,阐述了量子点作为纳米TiO2光电化学太阳电池敏化剂的应用研究及敏化机理。

Abstract:For enhancing the conversion efficiency of the nanocrystalline photoelectrochemical cells,researchers apply themselves to the choice of the sensitization.Quantum dots have been paid much attention to by researchers due to the special and excellent properties including powerful absorption in infrared and visible region and easy preparation.In this paper,we reviewed potential application of quantum dots as sensitizer of the photoelectrochemical cell in photoelectrochemical solar energy conversion,as well as the mechanism of the sensitization.
