有机/无机杂化太阳电池的研究述评

摘    要:有机/无机杂化太阳电池综合了半导性聚合物和无机半导体纳米材料的优点,理论效率高,成为人们研究的热点。介绍了有机/无机杂化太阳电池研究背景、结构及工作机理,从半导性聚合物给体材料、无机半导体受体材料及相界面修饰材料的角度对杂化太阳电池的发展进行了讨论,展望了有机/无机杂化太阳电池的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:Organic polymer/inorganic semiconductor hybrid solar cell has becoming a research hotspot because of its high theoretical efficiency.Hybrid solar cell combines the advantages of semiconducting polymer and inorganic semiconductor nanomaterials.The background,composition and working mechanism of hybrid solar cell are introduced in this paper.The development of hybrid solar cell is discussed from the points of semiconducting polymer material,inorganic semiconductor material and phase interface modification.At last,aperspective on the future development of hybrid solar cell is also discussed.
