| Abstract: | Corporate Covernance is the foundation of companies to exist and develop. Perfect corporate covernance requires all factors inside companies can coordinately improve with not only restricting each other but also stimulating each other . This article discusses how to improve the corporate covernance at present in China from these aspects such as shareholders , board of directors , supervisory board and social responsibilities of corporations. |
