生态位理论在土地利用结构优化中的应用——以济南市为例

土地利用的变化可以用多种指标进行刻划，本文借助生态位理论，运用土地利用经济生态位模型，计算了济南市1996-2004年土地利用类型间相互作用的强度．结果表明济南市农用地与建设用地经济生态位位差较大，经济发展和城市化进程更加剧了建设用地占用农用地的速度和强度；农用地内部各种土地利用类型的生态位宽度园地最高且逐年增加，而林地较小且逐年降低，反映出济南市在经济发展和生态建设双赢方面已经初见成效．研究结果可为济南市土地利用结构优化提供参考．研究方法简便、实用，具有可推广性．

THE APPLY OF NICHE THEORY IN LAND USE CONFIGURATION PRELIMINARY——A CASE STUDY OF JINAN

Land use change can be described bymany indexes. On the basis of niche theory, authors apply the model of land use economic niche to quantitatively analyze interactive intensities of land use types in Jinan City from 1996 to 2004. The study shows that there is a sifferent niche between agricultural and constructive land. and economic and urbanization process make the speed and intension of constructive land engrossing agricultural land fast.The niche of garden plot is the highest and increases year after year,but the niche of woodland is lower and reduces yearly. These reflect the effect on harmonization between economic development and ecological construct. The propagable method is simple and practical and the study offers reference for the land use configuration preliminary.
