青藏高原东缘五种风毛菊属植物的核型研究

摘    要:报道了产于青藏高原东缘五种风毛菊属(Saussurea DC.)植物的染色体数目和核型,研究结果表明,五个种的染色体数目分别是:紫苞雪莲(Saussurea iodostegia)2n=32;长毛风毛菊(Saussurea hieracioides)2n=32;柳叶菜风毛菊(Saussurea epilobioides)2n=24;小花风毛菊(Saussurea parviflora)2n=26;变裂风毛菊(Saussurea variiloba)2n=26,均为二倍体.核型公式为:紫苞雪莲(S.iodostegia)2n=2x=32=8m+16sm+8st,属3B型;长毛风毛菊(S.hieracioides)2n=2x=32=18m+14sm,属2B型;柳叶菜风毛菊(S.epilobioides)2n=2x=24=12m+10sm+2st,属2B型;小花风毛菊(S.parviflora)2n=2x=26=24m+2sm,属2B型;变裂风毛菊(S.variiloba)2n=2x=26=6m+16sm+4st,属3A型,五个种的染色体中均未发现随体.

Abstract:The chromosome numbers and the karyotypes of 5 species of Saussurea in the eastern edge of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are studied.The result shows that the chromosome numbers are: S.iodostegia 2n=32;S.hieracioides 2n=32;S.epilobioides 2n=24;S.parviflora 2n=26;S.variiloba 2n=26,They are all diploid.And the karyotype formulae are as follows: S.iodostegia 2n=2x=32=8m+16sm+ 8st,karyotype belongs to stebbings 3B type;S.hieracioides 2n=2x=32=18m+14sm,karyotype belongs to stebbings 2B type;S.epilobioides 2n=2x=24=12m+10sm+2st,karyotype belongs to stebbings 2B type;S.parviflora 2n=2x=26=24m+2sm,karyotype belongs to stebbings 2B type;S.variiloba 2n=2x=26=6m+16sm+ 4st,karyotype belongs to stebbings 3A type.No satellites have been found in these 5 species.
