论竞技体育在普通高校体育教育中的定位

竞技体育是当今社会文化活动的主要形式,由于竞技体育自身的竞技性和娱乐性等特点,竞技体育对吸引更多的人参与体育锻炼、提高身体素质和健康水平具有重要作用.普通高校体育教育改革应重新审视竞技体育对体育教育的作用,对大学生进行竞技体育教育是素质教育和健康教育理念的有效体现.正确理解竞技体育的内涵、国家的体育教育政策和当前社会对体育教育的要求是普通高校体育教育改革与健康发展的前提,充分发挥竞技体育的教育功能并为大学生课余体育活动的自我教育创造条件能促进大学生形成体育锻炼习惯.

Orientation of Competitive Sports in the College Physical Education

Competitive sports is the main form of social and cultural activities.Due to its competitive and entertainment features,competitive sports is very important for attracting more people to participate in physical activity,improving physical fitness and health.Common High School Physical Education Reformation should re-evaluate the role of competitive sports on the physical education,and emphasize the ideas that the sports education for college students is the effective reflection of quality education and health education.The correct understanding of the connotation of competitive sports,the state’s physical education policy and current social requirements of physical education is an important prerequisite for Common High School Physical Education Reformation;Taking full advantage of the educational function of competitive sports and creating conditions for the self-education of after-school sports activities of the students can promote the formation of their physical exercise habits.
