摘    要:以氯化聚乙烯为原料,氯气和二氧化硫为反应气体气固法合成了氯磺化聚乙烯,研究了气体有效浓度、气体配比、引发方式对氯磺化反应的影响。气体有效浓度增加,氯磺化反应速率增加,氯气和二氧化硫的体积配比以1:1为佳。紫外光可有效引发该反就,但即使在黑暗状态下该反应也可进行。另外,氯化氢对氯磺化反应的速率有促进作用,氧气的存在使氯磺化反应速率提高,而且合成的氯磺化聚乙烯具有更高的硫含量。

Abstract:Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) was synthesized by gas-solid method using chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and a gaseous mixture of chlorine and dioxide sulfur. The effects of concentration of the reaction gases, ratio of chlorine to dioxide sulfur, and the way of initiation on chlorosulfonation were studied. The rate of chlorosulfonation increased with increasing concentration of the gaseous mixture. The ratio of chlorine to dioxide sulfur was preferably 1∶1. Ultraviolet light can initiate chlorosulfonation effectively, which would also carry out in dark, but at a lower reaction rate. It was also found that HCl can accelerate the rate of chlorosulfonation and that the presence of oxygen led to higher reaction rate, and also to the higher sulfur content of the resultant CSM.
