摘    要:用X射线粉末衍射方法测定了不同温度下生成的TiO2晶体的物相组成,并采用无标法与多相组分直接分析法分析了实验结果,两种分析结果一致。在常温及在700℃时保温5小时,TiO2均只有一种晶型——锐钛矿;而在1000℃时保温5小时,有1.3%的TiO2转变为金红石;加热至1090℃,并保温5小时,有80.1%的TiO2由锐钛矿转变为金红石。

Abstract:X-ray powder diffraction method is used to determine substantialphase composition of TiO2 at different temperatures.Also unmarked method and multiphase direct analysis method are adopted to analyse the result of the experiment, consequently they are the same. At the normal atmospheric temperature or 700℃ and to preserve the heat for five hours, TiO2 remains only one crystal shape -anatase; while at 1000℃ and to keep the temperature for five hours,1.3% TiO2 has turned into rutile; if adding the temperature up to 1090℃,also keeping the heat for five hours,80.1% TiO2 has changed from anatase to rutile.
