| 摘 要： | 针对当前中国高层建筑存在的防火安全隐患,从高层建筑物火灾的特点及起因出发,阐述了高层建筑防火安全问题的现状及存在的问题,结合高层建筑特点提出了防火安全管理措施及对策。即从国家政策、高层建筑设计、中期施工、消防设施使用配备,后期管理等方面入手,有针对性的进行分析;在总体布局、划分疏散楼梯间防火分区、构建耐火极限、疏散通道、自动报警系统等方面采取相应措施。
