一种高效节能型变频调速实验系统

摘    要:提出了一种双逆变器直流线母线并联、变频输出驱动同轴串联的两台民步电动机结构的新型变频调速实验系统。该方案研究获得的实验结果表明:这种具有创新特色的交流变频调速实验系统可实现电动机组之间直接电磁转矩方式的负载关系。楞方便地获得电动机在反应或位能负载特性下四象限动物垢连续控制过程,并实现了任意负载方式下再生能量的全部回馈利用,任意负载下系统消耗功率仅占电动机实际负载功率的30%以下。

Abstract:A new kind of variable frequency speed-governing experiment system which has the structure of twoparallel inverters at DC bus and output of inverter driving two series asynchronous motors at the same shaft ispresented in this paper. The results of the experiment show this creative AC variable frequency speed-governingexperimen system can realize the load relationship of direct electromagnetic torque between the motor group, getthe continuous control process easily for the reaction load and poteniial energy load during four quadran, achievethe total availability of the regenerate energy at any kind of load, and the system consumed power make up under30% of actual load power at any kind of load.
