| 摘 要： | 随着中国进一步扩大对外开放，高校教师管理也需要建立一整套开放的管理运行机制。文章通过对高等教育开放化特征的阐述，从分析开放化对高校教师管理机制提出的新要求入手，对开放化高校教师管理机制提出了一些基本思路，作了一些初步的探索。

| Abstract: | With China opening to the outside world,the teacher's administration of higher learning should also be found a whole opening mechanism.The article explicates the opening characteristics of the higher education.By analysing the new demand which the opening ask for teacher's administration of higher learning,the author suggests some basic train of thought and make a tentative probe into the opening mechanism for teacher's administration of higher learning. |
