| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定清热宁肾胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,其Dikma C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈—0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100 mL含0.1 g十二烷基磺酸钠),流速为1.2 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为265 nm.实验结果显示:盐酸小檗碱在0.082~2.05μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.86%(n=6),3批清热宁肾胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为2.68mg/粒、2.76 mg/粒、2.72 mg/粒.方法操作简便、准确,重复性好.

| Abstract: | This paper established a method for content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qingre Ningshen capsules by HPLC with Dikma C18 column （250 ×4.6 ram,5 tan）, acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid （50： 50） as mobile phase, the flow rate 1.2 mL/min, the column temperature 30 ℃, and the detec-tion wavelength 265 nm. The experimental results showed that berbefine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship（r = 0.9999） in the range between 0.082 - 2.05μg. The average recovery rate was 99.62% and RSD was 1.86% （n = 6）. The content of berberine hydrochloride in three batches of Qingre Ningshen capsules was 2.68 rag/pill,2.76 mg/pill,2.72 mg/pill respectively.We conclude that this method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable for content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qingre Ningshen capsules. |
