CoCu析氧纳米合金制备及性能调控机理

摘    要:采用电化学沉积法制备了一种多边形结构的Co Cu二元合金纳米颗粒,研究了其析氧性能及调控机理.SEM和XRD表征结果表明,该材料在电沉积过程中合金化程度较高且Co和Cu之间的合金化作用明显.组分调控结果表明,Co含量与析氧活性的作用呈非线性规律,70%的Co含量为最佳配比.在0.1 mol/L KOH溶液中,Co7Cu3二元合金纳米催化剂具有极高的析氧活性,其析氧过电位为379.5 mV,Tafel斜率为278 mV/dec,活性电流密度高达55.6 A/g.同时,在0.8 VSCE的恒定电位下,该催化剂稳定持续工作40000 s后,其活性衰减率为10%,表明该催化剂具有较好的电化学稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper,a polygonal structure of CoCu binary alloy nanoparticles was prepared by electrochemical deposition,and its oxygen evolution performance and regulation mechanism were studied.SEM and XRD characterization results show that the material has a high degree of alloying during the electrodeposition process and the alloying effect between Co and Cu is obvious.The results of component regulation show that the effect of Co content and oxygen evolution activity is nonlinear,and 70%Co content is the best ratio.In a 0.1 M KOH solution,the Co7Cu3 binary alloy nanocatalyst has extremely high oxygen evolution activity.Its oxygen evolution overpotential is 379.5 m V,Tafel slope is 278 m V/dec,and the active current density is as high as 55.6 A/g.At the same time,under the constant potential of 0.8 VSCE,the activity of the catalyst decreased by 10%after working stably for 40000 s,which indicates that the catalyst has good electrochemical stability.
