摘    要:采用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定污水处理厂污泥中铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍的含量.详细研究了灰化温度、灰化时间、消解加酸量对不同金属吸光度的影响.在最佳工作条件下,六种元素标准曲线相关性较好(r在0.9970~0.9999之间),精密度较好(RSD在0.20%~3.72%之间),样品加标回收率为92.8%~104.9%,测定结果准确可靠,得出了不同季节生活污泥中铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍含量变化规律.

Abstract:Copper ( Cu), zinc ( Zn), lead ( Pb), cadmium ( Cd), chromium ( Cr), nickel ( Ni ) in sludge samples of wastewater treatment plant are determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of cinefaction temperature, cinefaction time, and different nitrate acid volume of digestion on the absorption of different metals is discussed. The accuracy and precision of the method are examined. Under the optimal conditions, the correlation coefficient of six elements are between 0. 997 0 - 0. 999 9, RSD is between 0.20% - 3.72% , and the recovery is between 92.8% - 104.9%. The changing concentrations of above elements in different seasons are shown.
