| 摘 要： | 本文选取浸提温度、浸提时间、料水比三项考察因素 ,利用正交试验对换锦花多糖进行了提取工艺优化的研究 ,结果表明 :超声波处理大大提高多糖得率 ,浸提温度 95℃ ,3 h,料水比 5 0 :1为最佳提取工艺

| Abstract: | The influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and L.sprengeri/water ratio on the extraction rate of active polysaccharide in L.sprengeri was studied by an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that with the extraction condition of ultrasonic waves action, being abstracted by 95 ℃,3h, and 50:1(adding water),the polysaccharide yield was pretty high. |
