摘    要:对含蜡管输原油进行包括蜡晶析出时的结晶潜热,沿程散热的详尽的热力计算;对站间加热管道不同流型、流态的油流进行详细的摩阻计算,并考虑油品粘性对泵性能的影响;利用数学模型求解经济出站温度.结果表明,对在役热油管道优化运行参数,可大大降低其总运行费用,经济效益显著.

Abstract:Taking account of latent heat of crystallization and heat dissipation along transporting route of waxy crude oil,the thermodynamic calculation was carried out in detail and the evaluation of frictional precisely,resistance of oil flow between oil heating stations with different flow patterns and flow forms was also conducted in detail.The influence of viscosity on pump efficiency was taken into consideration,also.The economical departure temperature from pump station was derived with mathematic model.The result showed that the overall operational cost would greatly be reduced and the economic benefits would be remarkable when the operational parameters were optimized for the crude oil pipeline on active duty.
