关于旅游景区管理的伦理学思考

摘    要:当前旅游景区在管理方面存在许多缺失,导致游客利益和景区的社会形象受到“双输”。本文从旅游伦理学角度出发,提出在依法治理旅游景区的前提下,应在新的经济环境和旅游环境下,加强旅游伦理学教育,建立健全景区管理的法制规章建设,提高管理人员的管理能力,强化管理人员的职业道德建设的对策,营造良好的经营环境和旅游环境,增强景区的社会知名度和竞争力,提高旅游景区的社会地位和旅游形象,为旅游景区和谐、可持续发展提供保障。

Ethical Thinking on the Management of Tourist Attractions
Abstract:Nowdays, there are many flaws in the management of tourist attractions, which will lead to a lose-lose situation,losing tourist interests and social image.This artical focous on the view of the tourism ethics. The writer put forward some ideas under the premise of running scenic spots according to law. In the new economic and tourism environment, we should strengthen the tourism ethics education and the managers' occupation morality.It's important to establish and perfect the legal regulations of the tourist attractions.Managers' should improve the operating capabilities Creating a good business and tourism environment .Enhancing the social popularity and competitiveness.
