改性氰凝堵剂反应速度的可控性研究

摘    要:主要研究改性氰凝反应速度的可控性,氰凝改性主要是使用封端剂把氰凝的端基封闭,使其活泼的异氰酸根暂时不能与水发生反应,之后在一定条件下使用解封剂把活泼的异氰酸根置换出来,使其再次与水作用凝胶,达到堵水封窜的目的。改性后的氰凝初凝时间可以控制在(20—30)min,终凝时间在60 min以内。

Abstract:The controllability of the modified cyanogen clots reaction speed is studied cyanogen clots modification mainly used sealing the agent to close the end group of the cyanogen clots,so that the lively-NCO was unable to react with water temporarily,and then,the Un-ban agent is used to displace the lively—NCO,in this way,—NCO could gelatin with water again,to achieve the purpose of water plugging and sealing channeling.The initial setting time of modified cyanogen clots could be controlled between(20—30) min.The final setting time was less than 60 min.
