纳米透明玻璃隔热涂料的研究

摘    要:简述了两种固含量的纳米ATO隔热浆料的制备,隔热浆料与水性聚氨酯通过一定的工艺制备了纳米透明隔热涂料,将其涂在洁净玻璃上,在常温下成膜.用U-4100紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计对其进行光热性能表征,讨论了隔热涂料的配比,涂膜厚度和浆料固含量对光学参数的影响.分析表明玻璃涂膜后节能效果较为明显,遮蔽系数可以达到0.61,而可见光透过率为60.6%,并且可以阻隔66.43%的紫外线.

Abstract:Two different solid contents of nano ATO suspensions were prepared. ATO suspension and water-borne polyurethane were used to prepare the nano transparent thermal insulated paints by special technologies. The coating was coated on the surface of clean glass, which was dried at the room temperature. The coated glasses were analyzed with U-4100 spectrophotometer. The effect of paint proportion, coating thickness and solid content of suspensions on optical performance were discussed. The analysis of optical performance showed that the coated glass has good thermal insulation performance,CS 0.61, τvis 60.6%, blocking 66.43% of ultraviolet.
