原油粘度对浅薄层超稠油油藏水平井开发效果的影响研究

摘    要:原油黏度是影响浅薄层超稠油油藏水平井开发效果的主控因素之一,为了剖析原油黏度对该类油藏水平井开发效果的影响规律,以QX+Y油藏为基础,分析了原油黏度分布特征和差异,并依据原油黏度区域分布特点,平面分单元,纵向分层系,对黏度区域进行了划分,采用油藏工程和数值模拟方法综合研究了不同黏度区域的开发特征,研究了原油黏度对水平井蒸汽吞吐开发规律的影响,以及原油黏度对超稠油油藏开发的影响机理,为水平井措施挖潜、提高油藏最终采收率提供决策依据。通过综合采用多种工艺措施能降低高原油黏度对水平井蒸汽吞吐效果的负面影响,有效地改善该类油藏水平井的开发效果。

Abstract:The viscosity of crude oil is one of the main control factors of shallow thin horizontal well development effect of super heavy oil reservoir, in order to analyze the influence of the viscosity of crude oil viscosity on development of the horizontal well in the reservoir, reservoir based on QX Y, analyzing distribution characteristics of the viscosity of crude oil and differences of the viscosity of crude oil, and according to the characteristics of regional distribution of viscosity of crude oil, the plane unit, vertical stratification system, the area of viscosity distribution are divided, using the reservoir engineering and numerical simulation methods to analyze the development characteristics of different viscosity region, study the effect of crude oil viscosity on the horizontal well cyclic steam stimulation development rule, and mechanism of the crude oil viscosity effect on super heavy oil reservoir development, the measures for tapping potential for horizontal well, improve ultimate recovery to provide basis for decision making. Through a combination of various process measures can reduce the negative influence of Plateau oil viscosity on the effect of steam stimulation in horizontal wells, effectively improve the development effect of horizontal well.
