摘    要:针对某国产SUV怠速时车内结构噪声过大的问题,结合工况传递路径法、有限元仿真和实验测试进行了噪声源的识别和确定。根据发动机以及排气系统对车内噪声的贡献,建立了该车型能量传递路径的分析模型,由工况传递路径法确定后背门对车内结构噪声的贡献量最大。然后,采用有限元软件对后背门进行有限元仿真,结果表明后背门的固有频率与发动机二阶频率之间存在耦合。同时,对该车型进行了整车实验模态和噪声测试,实验结果验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:When the car structure noise problem of domestic SUV at idle speed , combined with the operational transfer path analysis (OTPA) , finite element method and experimental tests were conducted to identify and determine the noise source . According to the engine and exhaust system contribute to car interior noise , build the model to analysis transfer path , and use OTPA to ascertain the back door contribute more to interior structure noise . Then use Finite element software though the back door to make the finite element simulation , the result shows that coupling phenomenon between the natural frequencies of the back door and the second order frequencies of engine was found though the back door of the finite element simulation . At the same time , use the vehicle experiment modal and noise test to text the car , and the experimental result verify the effectiveness of this paper .
