摘    要:大气能见度对航空、航海、路上交通、军事活动等有重要的影响。图像法测量能见度是新兴的一种方法,但图像在成像和传输过程中,由于相机载体的运动、振动、抖动等原因,引起图像模糊,影响后续的目标识别,因此,有必要对图像进行复原处理。提出一种基于刃边函数和最优窗维纳滤波的模糊图像复原算法,通过构建刃边函数来估计点扩散函数,并通过倒频谱方法估计模糊尺度和模糊角度,进而分解得到水平和垂直模糊分量,据此进行图像边缘延拓解决了边缘复原不佳的问题。实验结果表明,所提方法具有优异的复原效果。

Abstract:Atmospheric visibility has an important impact on aviation, navigation, road traffic, military activities and so on. Image method is a new method to measure visibility. However, image blurring is caused by the motion in the process of imaging and transmission, which affects the subsequent target recognition. Therefore, it is necessary to restore the image. In this paper, a fuzzy image restoration algorithm based on edge function and optimal window Wiener filter is proposed. The point spread function is estimated by constructing edge function, and the scale and angle of blur are estimated by cepstrum method. Then the horizontal and vertical blurred components are decomposed to solve the problem of edge restoration. Poor questions. The experimental results show that this method has excellent restoration effect.
