控水防砂技术在边底水稠油油藏的研究与应用

摘    要:为解决边底水稠油油藏含水上升快的开发难题,胜利油田采用了控水防砂技术,利用控水砂和清洁携砂液结合实施高压充填防砂施工。从抗剪切性、携砂能力、抗细菌稳定性、岩石伤害等几个方面对清洁携砂液和支撑剂进行筛选,利用渗流机理及实验模拟对施工工艺参数进行优化。现场应用表明该技术增油效果明显,有效地起到了稳油控水的作用,研究成为边底水稠油油藏的控水防砂提供了重要理论依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the water cut increasing rapidly of the edge and bottom water reservoir,the Shengli oilfield used the control of water and sand technology. The technology used the water control sand and clean carrying fluid combined with the High pressure filling to realize the stabilizing oil production and controlling water. Screening from the sand carrying ability, shear resistance, resistance to bacterial stability, rock damage and so on, the clean carrying fluid and proppant are filtered. The technological parameters are optimized by using percolation mechanism and experiments. Field application shows that the effect of increasing oil production of wells is obvious. It plays the role of stabilizing oil production and controlling water effectively. The results provides important theoretical basis for the edge and bottom water reservoir water.
