摘    要:针对采用水平井开采底水油藏时,由于底水锥进速度过快,使得油井过早见水,降低了油井无水采收率的问题。在建立水平井井筒内产液流动模型的基础上,提出一种采用梯级筛管调整水平井段内各分割段的产液量,抑制水平井底水的锥进速度,从而延缓水平井过早见水,提高水平井的无水采收率的方法。通过实例计算可知,优化排列的梯级筛管可以使底水在水平井段内锥进速度大体一致,明显抑制底水的锥进速度。

Abstract:When the horizontal well is applied to explore bottom water reservoir, oil wells will product water early and reduce the oil recovery without water, because bottom water cones to horizontal well too fast. In this paper, the flow model inside wellbore of horizontal well has been developed to present a new method to delay bottom water coning through adopting step screen pipe to adjust fluid production in each division segment of the horizontal well. The method can enhance oil recovery without water through delaying the speed of bottom water coning. The actual oilfield calculation shows that the optimized arrangement step screen pipe can make the speed of bottom water coning in the horizontal identically, and delay the bottom water coning significantly.
