复合表面活性剂CRY-1的性能评价

摘    要:实验室通过配方优选,合成了一种复合表面活性剂,记作CRY—1。该复合表面活性剂主要由35%的复合表面活性剂主剂、20%—25%多元醇作为辅剂和25%石油磺酸盐KPT-10,15%—20%添加剂组成。实验室对其性能进行了测试,分别测试了25℃下的表面张力和临界胶束浓度、30℃下水/煤油下的界面张力、抗盐耐温性能和耐酸碱性能。实验发现,该复合表面活性能形成较低的界面张力,抗温抗盐性能优异,耐酸碱性能强,是一种良好的三次采油化学剂。

Abstract:A kind of compounded combinational surfactant denoted CRY—1 was synthesized in laboratory investigated through the optimization of formulations.The compounded combinational surfactant was composed of 35% mixed surfactants as main agent,20%—25% aliphatic alcoho as auxiliary agent,25% petroleum sulfonat KPT-10 and 15%—20%auxiliarie.The properties of the product were determined.The cmc values and coresponding surface tension and interfacial tension were determined respectively at 30 ℃;the properties of temperature and salt and acid/alkali resistance were also determined.The results show that the compounded combinational surfactant could form ultralo interfacial tension,had good temperature and salt resistance properties and good acid/alkali resistance properties.So it is a good chemical agent used in tertiary oil recovery.
