计算机网络多层拓扑结构的自动发现

为快速、完整地发现计算机网络的拓扑结构,提出基于SNMP协议的网络拓扑发现算法.该算法结合使用SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)协议完成网络逻辑层搜索、STP(Spanning Tree Protocol)协议完成链路层搜索算法.采用并发搜索和多次搜索结果合并的机制,搜索过程中对特殊设备进行规避并.经试验验证,能够获取接近完整的网络拓扑结构,在搜索时间上占一定优势.

Automatic Discovery of Multi-layer Network Topology

This paper presents a method for rapid and complete discovery of network topology. The method discovered logical layer architecture based on SNMP and confirmed link layer structure by STP. A combination of logical layer and link layer search was used. The implementation of parallel in single search and multiple search results merging shows that not only does the method have an advantage on search time, but also a nearly complete network topology can be attained. The avoidance of special devices was also addressed to efficiently reduce search time.
