摘    要:采用传统的公式法和介质饱和法对颗粒物监测仪采样滤膜进行测试,并提出利用Matlab编程的数字图像处理(DIP)方法,对采样滤膜的SEM显微图像进行图像二维孔隙率的计算,同时对孔径分布进行统计分析。实验和图像处理所得的孔径分布情况表现出客观一致性,结果表明DIP方法对滤膜的孔径分布分析有一定的可信度,可以作为一种对滤膜的制备工艺设计与产品性能检测的分析方法,并进行应用研究。另外,由于二维图像的限制,图像统计获取的孔隙率数值要小于计算法与实验数据,需要寻找转换二维孔隙率与三维真实孔隙率的有效方式。

Abstract:Use the traditional formula method and the medium saturation method to test the sampling filters of the particulate matter monitor, then put forward an new algorithm based on Matlab digital image processing (DIP) to calculate the two-dimensional porosity of the SEM microscopic image of the filters, and the pore size distribution is statistically analyzed. Pore size distribution results from testing method and the image processing show objective consistency, which indicates that the DIP method on analyzing the distribution of filter pore size has a certain degree of credibility, and is capable of being a method for preparation process design and product performance test of filter. In addition, due to the limitation of two-dimensional image, the porosity value obtained by image statistics is smaller than that from the calculation method and experimental data. Thus an effective way to transform two-dimensional porosity to three-dimensional real porosity is desired.
