摘    要:激光探测技术可以弥补声呐探测的局限性,在辨析激光探测理论的基础上,利用蒙特卡洛模拟方法对海水中激光传输特性进行仿真分析,根据传输特性仿真结果以及系统需求的探测距离选择激光器,接收系统选择光阴极触发的增强型电荷耦合(intensified charge-coupled device,ICCD)相机,控制系统选择距离选通法进行控制,采用ZEMAX激光扩束器对激光进行简单的扩束仿真,确定了激光水下探测系统的设计方案并进行了硬件设计与实现.最后通过水下激光传输实验对信道特性进行研究.根据实验数据分析可以看出:不同的水质下,接收视场角越大,接收孔径越大,则接收能量越大;对于清澈水域,激光传输的情况又受到不同粒子的干扰,传播情况与光波长、粒子尺寸、形状、浓度均密切相关.

Abstract:Laser detection technology can be used to made up for the limitations of sonar detection. This paper, based on the analysis of laser detection theory, uses Monte Carlo simulation method to simulate the laser transmission characteristics in seawater. Then, based on the emulation results and the actual system requirements to select the laser. As to details, making the photocathode triggered ICCD camera as the signal receiving subject, using the selective distance gating method to control the system, and using ZEMAX to carry out simple beam expansion simulation of the laser. Through the above work, this paper constructs the design idea of laser underwater detection system and formulates a specific implementation plan.
