泡沫铝夹芯板抗侵彻性能的数值研究

摘    要:应用LS-DYNA 3D有限元软件数值研究了固支泡沫铝夹芯方板的抗侵彻性能。分析了面板厚度、芯层厚度、芯层相对密度及不同子弹形状对夹芯板抗侵彻性能的影响,以及不同撞击速度下夹芯板各组成部分的能量耗散机制。研究结果表明,增加面板厚度、芯层厚度或芯层密度均能有效提高夹芯板的抗侵彻能力;泡沫铝夹芯板抵抗锥形弹侵彻的能力最弱;在研究范围内面板吸收了绝大多数冲击能。研究结果对泡沫金属夹芯结构的工程应用有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The anti-penetration performance of the clamped aluminum foam-based sandwich plates was investigated using finite element program LS-DYNA 3D.The effects of face-sheet thickness,core thickness,core density and projectile' shape on anti-penetration performance of structures are analyzed,and the energy dissipation characteristic of sandwich panel for given different impact velocities are researched.Numerical results show that the anti-penetration performance increases with the core thickness,face-sheet thickne...
